Previously, in his career he worked in Private Wealth Management at First Republic Bank, where he was responsible for recruiting and but also helping the bank acquire $3 Billion in assets. In addition, he serviced Ultra High Net Worth Clients and Institutional Investors in their investment decisions. Matthew, enjoys consulting & recruiting for clients who are innovative and value their people – anywhere from the startup phase, medium and large global brands. He is a competitive tennis player, enjoys fine dining and holds a Bachelor in Advertising & Business from Loyola University Maryland.
