An upfront deposit is required to begin the search and this deposit will guarantee that you get qualified candidates from us. RSS leverages a partial-retained search model, because of its promise on providing the highest quality service and we like to work with committed clients who understand the value of hiring the right people. Our firm deploys significant upfront costs and work each and every search assignment customized to our clients needs.
